WHAT WE OFFER
SEALCOAT
We proudly offer sealcoating which is a thin protective layer applied to asphalt that shields it from sun, rain, oil, and salt, helping it last longer and maintain a fresh appearance at a low cost. It doesn’t fix structural damage or deep cracks and should be applied in warm, dry conditions using thin, even coats to prevent peeling.
HOT RUBBER/
CRACKSEAL
We proudly offer hot rubber which is a flexible sealant that’s heated into a liquid, poured into cracks, and cools into a durable seal that keeps water out. This prevents potholes and further damage while expanding and contracting with temperature changes, helping extend the pavement’s life at a low cost.
STRIPING
We proudly offer striping which is applying painted lines and markings to guide traffic, designate parking spaces, and improve safety. It enhances organization and visibility in parking lots, making them easier and safer to navigate.
PATCHING
We proudly offer patching which is the process of repairing damaged areas by removing or filling deteriorated sections and replacing them with new asphalt. It restores a smooth, safe surface and prevents further damage by stopping cracks and potholes from spreading.
PRESSURE WASHING
We offer pressure washing on asphalt which means we use high-pressure water to remove dirt, stains, and grime, making the surface look cleaner and preparing it for maintenance like sealing or striping. We do this carefully to avoid damaging the surface or forcing water into cracks, allowing the pavement to dry properly.
